Advait Homes is looking for a Human Resource Executive to oversee and manage our HR operations. This role provides a unique chance to contribute to our company's success by ensuring we attract, develop, and retain top talent.

Responsibilities:

Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and legal requirements.

Oversee employee relations, addressing any issues or concerns effectively.

Conduct performance reviews and provide guidance on career development and training opportunities.

Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately and confidentially.

Foster a positive workplace culture, promoting employee engagement and satisfaction.

Provide support and advice to management on HR-related matters and best practices.

Coordinate and lead HR-related projects and initiatives to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements and Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 4+ years of experience in a human resources role.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• A drive to work hard, achieve results, and continuously improve.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
