Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated HR Executive with at least 3 years of industry experience and knowledge of the Factory Act 1948 and Indian labour laws. The HR Executive will manage recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
- Ensure compliance with the Factory Act 1948 and labour laws.
- Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Maintain accurate HR records and reports.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience in the industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the Factory Act 1948 and Indian labour laws.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ?36,518.38 per month
