Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience.
KPI Tracking and Reporting:
- Develop and maintain HR metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and processes.
- Regularly update and report on KPIs related to recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, retention, and other HR activities.
- Analyze KPI data to identify trends, areas of improvement, and provide actionable insights to the HR team.
Employee Relations:
- Support the HR team in addressing employee queries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive workplace culture.
HR Administration:
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in the preparation of HR documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and policy documents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Training and Development:
- Coordinate and assist in the implementation of training programs and workshops.
- Support the identification of training needs and help organize learning and development initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0 to 1 year of experience in an HR role or internship.
- Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with HR software and recruitment platforms.
- Basic understanding of labor laws and regulations.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
