The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process. They will collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, develop job descriptions, and ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process. Additionally, the Recruiter will be responsible for maintaining candidate databases, managing recruitment metrics, and staying updated on industry trends and best practices.Qualifications
Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment process
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand job requirements and source candidates effectively
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices
Attention to detail and ability to handle a high volume of recruitment activities
Ability to collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders
Experience in the educational or SaaS industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
