Roles & Responsibilities: -?
- Manage the entire HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Oversee HR operations, such as benefits administration, payroll processing, and employee onboarding.
- Analyze HR data and provide insights to inform decision making.
- Partner with other departments to drive business results through people strategies.
- Ideal candidate would be an Graduate with minimum 1 year experience
- Proven experience in an HR support role or similar administrative position will be an advantage.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
