Work Timing: Flexible working hours : We are looking for a few ambitious, passionate HR professionals, who completed their graduation/post graduation in the last 5 years, with specialization in Human Resource management; to join us for the organization\'s rapid growth.The ideal candidate should possess experience in end to end Recruitment, and good knowledge of Human Resource management. Responsibilities:

  • Primarily develop recruitment strategy and execute them for this profile https://www.ecohub.org.in/v
  • Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards/portals/sites, social media, professional networking sites & referrals.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify the most qualified candidates.
  • Conduct phone/video interviews to assess candidates\' skills and experience.
  • Conduct reference check and Background Verification.
  • Issue offer to the candidate through the system.
  • Onboarding and induction of new hires.
  • Manage employee relations, including addressing employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary issues.
  • Provide training to employees to enhance their skills, knowledge & performance.
  • Keep an eye on the online indicators and provide feedback to employees to help them improve their performance.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment & Hr.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s or higher degree in Human Resources or related field
One+ year of experience as an HR Recruiter
Proven track record of success in attracting and hiring top sales/marketing/ business development talent
Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently, must be a self starter
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, G Suite & other Hr related tools. Salary
Your hiring and onboarding target is a minimum of three recruits per month.
If you have successfully recruited and onboarded 3 Marketing MBA/BBA/ PGDM candidates per month, you will get a package of Rs 25 000/month. Incentives Quantity Bonus: Rs 7000 per additional candidate, recruited &onboarded; after achieving minimum target of three onboarded recruits. Revenue Bonus: Apart from the salary, if you outperformed your above goal twice in sequence, in a quarter; your hiring and onboarding target of three recruits; you become entitled for_ .3% of direct revenue_ under your command. 1. In addition to your base salary, you have the opportunity to earn a bonus of up to .3% of the direct revenue under your command. 2. To be eligible for this bonus, you must outperform your goals twice in a row. 3. Outperforming your goals means that you achieve a higher level of performance than what was expected of you. 4. Direct revenue is the revenue that is generated by the team or department that you are responsible for. 5. This bonus is meant to reward employees who consistently exceed expectations and make a significant impact on the company\'s bottom line. 6. By outperforming their goals, employees are helping the company to generate more revenue, which is why they are entitled to a share of that revenue. The fact that the bonus is capped at .3% ensures that it is a significant reward, but it is not so large that it would be unsustainable for the company. This is important because the company wants to be able to continue to offer this bonus to its employees in the future.
