Candidate's duties and Responsibilities in our firm would be -
• Joining, exit formalities including background verification
• Hiring candidates as per firms' requirements on a regular basis
• Salary negotiation with shortlisted candidates
• Following up with candidates for timely joining
• Understanding the candidate's grievances and solving them
• Participate in employee engagement activities
• End to end Recruitment (Self-sourcing & sometimes through consultancies)
• Various other responsibilities which would be given from time to time
Main Job responsibility would be recruitment.
Work Policy -
6 days working with 2 Saturdays off in a month
Timings 10 am to 7 pm.
It would work from office only
