Position Title: HR Executive / Manager
Location: Begumpet Hyderabad
Reports To: HR Head
Experience: 8-10 Years
Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned HR Executive / Manager with 8-10 years of comprehensive experience in human resources. The ideal candidate will be adept at handling payroll, statutory compliance, recruitment, company events, and administrative tasks. This role is integral to maintaining and enhancing the HR functions within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Management:
1. Oversee the end-to-end payroll process ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.
2. Handle salary disbursements, tax deductions, and employee benefits.
Statutory Compliance:
1. Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
2. Maintain and update statutory records and filings as required by law.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
1. Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
2. Facilitate the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
Employee Relations:
1. Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
2. Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
Company Events Handling:
1. Plan and execute company events, team-building activities, and employee engagement initiatives.
2. Coordinate logistics, budgeting, and vendor management for events.
Administrative Functions
1. Oversee general administrative tasks and office management duties.
2. Ensure the smooth functioning of daily operations within the HR department.
Performance Management:
1. Implement and manage performance appraisal systems.
2. Support managers in conducting performance reviews and providing feedback.
Training and Development:
1. Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
2. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
HR Policies and Procedures:
1. Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
2. Ensure that all HR practices are aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
