Human Resource Executive
We are searching for an experienced Human Resource Executive at our MSC Service Center India - Chennai facility.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Over 3 years of handling HR generalist activities from a corporate setup
- Good English communication skills
- Employee hardcopy personal files for all locations maintenance and periodic audit.
- Employee DB update.
- Ad-hoc reports/data from the employee db.
- PF and ESI registration for new hires and queries related.
- Data presentation for ARM, board meeting and other ad-hoc PPTs.
- BGV for all experienced candidates.
- All letter preparations such as offer letters, experience letters, termination.
- Organization charts to GVA as per agreed timeline.
- Headcount reconciliation with PULSE.
- New hire on-boarding for Chennai staff and coordination for documents from other India SSC locations.
- Issuance of ID and access cards to new hires including maintaining track of records.
- Issuance of joiner kits and maintain track of records.
- Birthday emails
- Stays in and around Ambattur, Chennai.
