We are looking for a dedicated HR Operations Specialist to join our HR team and support our expanding operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with a passion for human resources and operational efficiency.
- Oversee and manage daily HR operations including employee records, HRIS, and compliance documentation.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company offerings.
- Process and manage payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Provide support to employees on HR-related inquiries and issues.
- Coordinate and conduct new hire orientations and onboarding processes.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Support the recruitment process by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communications.
- Assist with performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
