Oversee and manage daily HR operations including employee records, HRIS, and compliance documentation.
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company offerings.
Process and manage payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Provide support to employees on HR-related inquiries and issues.
Coordinate and conduct new hire orientations and onboarding processes.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Support the recruitment process by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communications.
Assist with performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
