Job Description
Handling End to End Recruitment Life Cycle - Sourcing, Screening, Evaluating from junior to senior level positions. -Responsible for identifying talent that meets the specific requirements. -Develop a creative way to attract the right people. -Postings and Networking within a time frame. -Understanding the , discussing the job description with client for submitting apt cv\'s, Scrutinizing CVs as per from -Job Boards like Naukri, Monster, Timesjobs and Social Networking Sites. -Ability to Frequently communicate with the Clients & Team. -Posting vacancies on portals. -Responsible for negotiation. -Responsible for editing and formatting resumes matching the consistency and giving perfection to them for presenting it to clients. -Maintaining Candidate relation on the progress of submittals made, Interview Coordination and taking care of the joining formalities.
