Job Description


:

Primary Purpose

Partner strategically with the business leader for ensuring organizational effectiveness, by leading, developing and implementing human resources strategy, so as to optimise the capability of organization and potential of human resources.
Duties and Responsibilities

1. Enabler for organization and human resources effectiveness, as measured by sustainable growth and profitability.

2. Effective organization structuring & development for meeting short & long-term goals and for ensuring future sustainability of business.

3. Correct resourcing and development of human capital & culture for delivering goals of company.

4. Streamlining the HR processes related to compensation, employee policies, performance management, rewards & recognition.

Work relations (context - main interfaces - functional report)
1. Direct report to the VP - Corporate and Managing Director.
2. Interface with functional heads.
3. Interface with Della India HR colleagues.
4. All employees of Della Group for grievance management.

Job Expectations:

Major skills and accountabilities of position (4-6 major accountabilities)

1. To support as a strategic business partner, knowledge of human resources function in depth & width, strong systems approach, developed conceptual skills and proven implementation skills, communication & interpersonal skills and change management skills.

2. Ability to promote organizational Values, leadership and competence for developing organization and employees.

3. Ability to develop and implement organizational and human resources strategy, so as to ensure organizational effectiveness leading to sustainable organizational growth and profitability.

4. Ability to develop and implement strategies pertaining to sourcing & development of talent, organization & employee performance management, compensation & benefits, rewards & recognition, employee motivation, culture building, communication and redundancy management, so as to optimise the potential of organization and human resources.

5. Ability to enforce change processes in the organization so as to renew organization as per the mission and business strategy.

6. Ability to lead, manage and champion legal compliance, payroll, sites administration policies and procedures, developing HR policies and its implementation, Industrial Relations, HRIS and welfare of employees so as to effectively address transactional HR processes.
Experience and qualifications required for the job

Experience: Minimum 12 years as HR generalist, having rich & diverse experience, with proven track record of outstanding results in all aspects of human resources function, namely, Industrial Relations, Human Resources Development, Organization Development, Welfare, Personnel & Administration.

Qualification: Minimum qualification, MBA with specialization in Human Resources Management.

Minimum Qualification: Degree in relevant field

Minimum Job Experience: 8-10 years

Reporting to: Director

Travel: Yes, as and when required.
