Mission:
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The HRBP serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues, acts as an employee champion and change agent, and assesses and anticipates HR-related needs. The HRBP is responsible for providing strategic and operational HR support to drive organizational performance and effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:• Utilize job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals to source and engage candidates. Actively reach out to passive candidates through personalized outreach and networking.
• Organize and manage recruitment events and job fairs to attract top talent.
• Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the organization.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, manage logistics, and communicate with candidates promptly and professionally.
• Assist in negotiating job offers, communicate job offers, and finalize details with HR operations. Utilize job boards, social media, professional networks, and micro mapping, internal referrals to source and engage candidates.



Onboarding:• Gather and organize new hire paperwork, including agreements, and policies. Ensure timely processing of documentation.
• Schedule and conduct onboarding sessions to introduce new hires to the company culture, mission, and values. Provide guidance on company policies and resources.
• Collaborate with Department Heads to set up workstations and ensure a smooth integration process. Assign mentors or buddies to new hires for ongoing support.



Performance Management:• Collaborate with managers to track and monitor employee performance. Collect and analyze performance data to identify trends and assist in decision-making.
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating performance review meetings, communicate the review process to employees, and track completion of evaluations.
• Support managers in developing performance improvement plans (PIPs) and communicate expectations to employees. Monitor progress and provide administrative assistance.



Training and Development:• Evaluate the ASK for each team members and determine the learning needs based on the ASK Gap analysis
• Plan and schedule training sessions and workshops in alignment with Learning & Development team and Department Head.
• Manage post-training surveys, gather feedback, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance training content and delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of training activities, including participant lists and attendance. Audit training records for accuracy and completeness.



Employee Relations:• Act as the primary contact for employee grievances, providing empathetic support and ensuring confidentiality. Document and classify grievances, conduct investigations, and collaborate on resolutions.
• Facilitate communication between employees and management, offer guidance on grievance procedures, and ensure compliance with laws and policies.



Employee Engagement:• Plan and execute employee engagement programs (R&R, Communication, etc) and initiatives. Collaborate with stakeholders to coordinate logistics and resources.
• Communicate engagement initiatives, collect employee feedback, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement. Implement best practices for employee engagement. Plan and execute employee engagement programs and initiatives.



HR Compliance:• Assist in developing and implementing HR compliance policies and procedures. Integrate compliance requirements into HR processes.
• Conduct regular audits of HR practices, identify areas of non-compliance, and coordinate training sessions on compliance.



Offboarding:• Coordinate offboarding procedures, ensure timely notification of employee departures, and facilitate termination of access.
• Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback, document findings, and analyze trends for organizational improvement. Ensure departing employees complete necessary paperwork, return company assets, and facilitate knowledge transfer to ensure continuity of work.

• Attrition Rate below 10%
• 100% adherence to defined TAT to fill open positions.
• 90 New Joinee Quality Score
• 9.0 EE (Pulse) Score
• 100% adherence to Regional HR plan (Onboarding, PMS, L&D and Employee Engagement)



Requirements:• Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in human resources management, managing the full spectrum of HR functions.
• Proven track record of delivering results in an HR Business Partner role.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with employees and other stakeholders.
• Strong multitasking abilities, with the capability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.



Location: Jaipur
