Responsible for driving HR processes in their respective business vertical(s) working closely with
the Vertical Head(s) and HR
Specialists:
Responsible for building the culture necessary to drive business strategy and achieve business
objectives of the vertical(s):
xefx82xb7 implement measures to identify desired culture for driving business strategy
xefx82xb7 implement measures to assess and evaluate the organizationxe2x80x99s culture on a continual basis
xefx82xb7 drive appropriate change management / OD interventions to achieve desired culture
Responsible for building people capability in terms of skills, competencies and knowledge at all levels
of the vertical(s) to meet the current as well as future business requirement:
Implement measures to identify competencies, skills and knowledge requirement based on short-
term and long-term business strategy
Implement measures to ensure continual availability of required competencies, skills and knowledge
to meet the short-term and long-term business objectives
Implement measures to develop required competencies, skills and knowledge and creation of talent
pipeline
