Job Summary: The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is a key member of the HR team, responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The HRBP serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues and acts as an employee champion and change agent. The role assesses and anticipates HR-related needs, communicates needs proactively with our HR department and business management, and seeks to develop integrated solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnering:
Collaborate with management to understand business goals and objectives and align HR strategies to support them.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that drive business results.
Employee Relations:
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
Conduct investigations and provide recommendations based on findings.
Talent Management:
Assist in talent acquisition processes, including workforce planning, recruiting, and onboarding.
Support the development and retention of high-potential employees through career development planning and succession planning.
Performance Management:
Advise on and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
Provide coaching and feedback to managers and employees on performance-related issues.
Organizational Development:
Partner with business leaders to identify and address organizational development needs.
Facilitate change management initiatives and support business transformation efforts.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
Stay current with HR best practices and legal requirements, and update policies and procedures as needed.
HR Analytics:
Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to management to inform decision-making.
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in an HRBP role or similar.
Skills:
Strong business acumen and understanding of business operations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
