Job Summary:
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is a key member of the HR team, responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The HRBP serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues and acts as an employee champion and change agent. The role assesses and anticipates HR-related needs, communicates needs proactively with our HR department and business management, and seeks to develop integrated solutions. Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Partnering:
  • Collaborate with management to understand business goals and objectives and align HR strategies to support them.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that drive business results.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
  • Conduct investigations and provide recommendations based on findings.
  • Talent Management:
  • Assist in talent acquisition processes, including workforce planning, recruiting, and onboarding.
  • Support the development and retention of high-potential employees through career development planning and succession planning.
  • Performance Management:
  • Advise on and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to managers and employees on performance-related issues.
  • Organizational Development:
  • Partner with business leaders to identify and address organizational development needs.
  • Facilitate change management initiatives and support business transformation efforts.
  • Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Stay current with HR best practices and legal requirements, and update policies and procedures as needed.
  • HR Analytics:
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to management to inform decision-making.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in an HRBP role or similar.
  • Skills:
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of business operations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
