We are looking for an experienced People Experience Leader who will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and execute brand partner activities/events and drive the planning, programming and execution of community building/engagement events with an HR team. As a Manager you will work closely with our executives, management and stakeholders to ensure that every touchpoint between an employee and a company is positive, memorable, and consistent with the brands identity.

What we're looking for:

• 
  Manage and oversee the planning and execution of events and/or activations a month in all spaces
• Monitor industry trends and best practices, keeping abreast of new ideas and approaches to brand experiences
• Stay within allocated budgets for all event experience initiatives
• Brainstorm and pitch new brand experience concepts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of future experience plans
• Creating a culture that promotes employee satisfaction. This can include things like providing opportunities for growth and development, giving employees feedback, and promoting a positive workplace atmosphere
• Planning and executing initiatives including campaigns, events, sponsorships and corporate social responsibility programs

Mandatory Skills:

• Outstanding communication and comprehension skills
• Excellent Presentation and Organizing skills
• Must have experience in a leadership role - preferably at an experiential, creative or event planning or co-working and community space
• Must have experience building and running programs, events and community initiatives
• Must be able to perform in a fast-paced environment while maintaining careful attention to detail, clear communication and time management
