Responsibilities
\xef\x82\xb7 Work closely with relevant business stakeholders and participate in the planning
process to develop Talent strategy and roadmap for the aligned Services; ensure
alignment of the Talent strategy to Service priorities.
\xef\x82\xb7 Represent the HR perspective and contribute in the devising the vision, roadmap,
operating model and strategic Talent initiatives for the business.
\xef\x82\xb7 Work on initiatives related to identification of HiPos and ensure continued engagement
for the same.
\xef\x82\xb7 Identify Gaps in Succession and work towards establishment of a Leadership Succession
Pipeline by partnering with the respective function/business heads.
\xef\x82\xb7 Plan with Learning and Development charter, curate and run specific learning initiatives
targeted to cater to future needs of the organisation.
\xef\x82\xb7 Maintain relevance and make periodic changes in the line with the changing business
dynamics.
\xef\x82\xb7 Partner with Business Heads to ensure team structure enables long term strategy and
delivers business goals.
\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure adherence to the Code of Conduct and outlined ethical guidelines.
\xef\x82\xb7 Provide business insights on the change management strategy.
\xef\x82\xb7 Excellent in communication & interpersonal skills
Qualifications
\xef\x82\xb7 Should be a master\xe2\x80\x99s in human resource management with at least 3 - 5 years of
experience in Human Resource Management
\xef\x82\xb7 Should have a strong understanding of Talent Management.
\xef\x82\xb7 Should have managed difficult stakeholders and difficult situations.
\xef\x82\xb7 Should be adept at using Data Analytics and quantitative techniques for Driving decision
making.
\xef\x82\xb7 Good knowledge of maintain MIS reports
