Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Relations Executive to manage recruitment processes, support accounting tasks, handle pre-sales activities, and foster strong relationships with referral partners. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills to ensure smooth hiring, financial coordination, and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
I. Managing Recruitment:
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop effective job descriptions.
- Maintain and update the recruitment database, ensuring an organized talent acquisition pipeline.
- Coordinate recruitment drives, manage candidate communication, and conduct reference checks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations throughout the recruitment process.
II. Accounts Tasks Support:
- Assist with day-to-day accounting activities such as invoice preparation, expense tracking, and payment processing.
- Support in preparing financial reports, budgets, and monthly reconciliations.
- Handle documentation for accounts payable/receivable and maintain financial records.
- Provide administrative assistance to the finance team during audits and financial reviews.
- Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding payments and address vendor queries.
III. Handling Pre-Sales:
- Research and identify potential leads and market opportunities to support the sales team.
- Prepare and share Minutes of Meetings (MOM) for prospective clients.
- Act as the initial point of contact for client inquiries, understanding their requirements and qualifying leads.
- Maintain a pre-sales database, track activities, and prepare reports to assess lead conversion efficiency.
- Arrange and facilitate Google Meet sessions with clients to understand their business needs.
IV. Referral Partner Relations Executive:
- Leverage BNI dynamics to foster strong relationships with referral partners. Promote Inmantech DGI and its services within the BNI network.
- Engage with referral partners to explore collaboration and business opportunities.
- Manage communication and relationship-building initiatives to maintain strong partnerships.
- Arrange meetings with BNI members and prepare comprehensive MOMs.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, HR, finance, or pre-sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with team effectively.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in BNI networking or similar referral programs is a plus.
