Just in a few weeks\' time you will be ready to step into the exciting world of business consultancy and business processes, supported by the newest Microsoft solutions.(Experience in Field/Project operation Module for minimum 1 year is must for this role)\xc2\xb7 Two Microsoft Dynamics CE Certifications\xc2\xb7 Ability to create custom pages, canvas apps, PCF Control, and Power Pages\xc2\xb7 Understanding of Power Platform and other areas of the Microsoft stack\xc2\xb7 Understanding of standard integrations between Office 365 and CE\xc2\xb7 Integration with third party software and solutions\xc2\xb7 Experience with Microsoft Flow and/or Logic Apps\xc2\xb7 Understanding of Azure with relation to Power Platform\xc2\xb7 Experience in integrating Dynamics CE with Dynamics 365 For Finance & Operations or other legacy and third-party systems\xc2\xb7 Data Migration experience would be an advantage\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve challenges in the development process.\xc2\xb7 Deliver all consultancy according to the HSO Project Methodology, ensuring that all software applications are implemented successfully according to the project plan.\xc2\xb7 Meet customer expectations of business knowledge, skills and behaviour.\xc2\xb7 Identify business/project risk and mitigate or communicate as necessary.\xc2\xb7 Communicate progress updates to relevant parties both formally and informally.\xc2\xb7 Participate in pre-sales activities as requested.\xc2\xb7 Apart from the development tasks, should involve on the Architect roles and responsibilities\xc2\xb7 Always represent HSO in a professional and positive manner.\xc2\xb7 Advise customers on industries best practices in a proactive rather than passive way.Requirements:

• Business process mapping, modelling, and documentation knowledge
• Experience with requirement gathering, design, develop and implement Dynamics 365 CE solutions of Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing and Project Operations for AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) and Legal Industries.
• Deliver high quality business and software application services to clients.
• The creation of high quality and sustainable client solutions.
• Strong understanding of D365 CE architecture and customization capabilities.
• Strong technical background in Dynamics 365 CE Customization & Configuration and Power Platform.
• Highly skilled in Plugins, JavaScript, Power Automate and Power Apps for Dynamics 365 CE to extend and enhance core functionalities.
• Good to have experience in Azure Integrations (Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus) and Portals.
• Good to have experience in configuring build and release pipelines using YAML in Azure DevOps.
• Experience with version control systems like GIT, build automation, and release management using Azure DevOps.
• Enforce best practices for coding standards, ensuring high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex issues, providing effective and timely solutions.
• Conduct code reviews to provide constructive feedback and mentor junior developers.
