From online chess tournaments to coffee mornings, to Netflix and book clubs, virtual singing classes, online yoga \xe2\x80\x93 the list is endless!:Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of consultants, providing technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.\xc2\xb7 Architectural Design: Develop Dynamics 365 CE architectural solutions aligned with BDR Architects and HSO & industry best practices.\xc2\xb7 Technical Expertise: Possess deep knowledge of technical principles, practices, and tools, offering expert advice to the team and stakeholders.\xc2\xb7 Solution Implementation: Oversee the implementation and deployment of BDR Thermea solutions, ensuring adherence to standards and best practices.\xc2\xb7 Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD): Design and implement efficient CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment processes.\xc2\xb7 Collaboration and Communication: Foster effective communication within the team and with stakeholders to drive project success.\xc2\xb7 Problem Solving: Analyse technical challenges and provide innovative solutions to keep the project on track.\xc2\xb7 Quality Assurance: Ensure rigorous quality assurance practices, including code reviews and testing, for high-quality solutions.\xc2\xb7 Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing and project continuity.Requirements

• Technical Expertise: Strong background in DevOps practices, tools, and technologies such as CI/CD pipelines, automation, and the Dynamics 365 CE platform.
• Technical Skills: Highly skilled in C#, TypeScript/JavaScript and Cloud flows is required. Experience in Dynamics 365 Field Service is a strong preference.
• Leadership Skills: Proven experience leading technical teams with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Architectural Knowledge: Understanding of software architecture principles and integration patterns. Experience with Azure Integration Platform and Azure API Management or any other ESB is preferred.
• Project Management: Familiarity with Scrum/Agile project methodologies to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Client Engagement: Ability to understand client needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Continuous Learning: Commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in DevOps and Dynamics 365 CE platform.
