Job Description
- The HSE manager should have relevant experience of working in Indian / multinational EPC companies who deal and execute project as contractor in Oil & Gas / Fertilizer industry / chemical / petrochemical plants. Should have independently worked as HSE manager in head office dealing with HSE as a value for the whole project organization. HSE manager must posses demonstrated ability to set up policy/procedures/guidelines/Project HSE plans/Site HSE plans/HSE training etc. Demonstrated ability to perform Hazard Identification and Risk Analysis ( HIRA ). HSE manager should posses experience of contractor/vendor evaluation on HSE aspect & should be able to formulate HSE terms and condition for contracts. The role facilitates effective HSE management at site through deployment of qualified HSE resources to ensure safe execution of works at site.
