Key Responsibilities -
- Develop and implement corporate safety policies and procedures in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incident reports, and other industrial hygiene related documentation.
- Conduct regular assessments of workplace environments to identify potential hazards and assess risks to employee safety
- Create, maintain, and improve policies and systems related to safety all designed to create a culture of continuous improvement
- Assess workplace for occupational health hazards by conducting Qualitative & Quantitative Exposure Assessment with site HSE team.
- To prepare reports based on Qualitative & Quantitative Exposure Assessment and provide suitable recommendations to minimize/ eliminate the workplace hazards in consultation with site HSE team.
- To carry out regular site inspections in view of HSE and publish reports to concerned stakeholders for continual improvement.
- Organize & deliver HSE related trainings at site.
- Ensure that all accidents are documented and investigated. To develop and track the CAPA status for all incidents and near miss.
- Make sure that notification, investigation, and case management of site injuries and incidents are in collaboration with management.
- Update & maintain of health-related documents & records related to HSE at corporate & site.
Qualification
Masters in Industrial Hygiene & Safety, BE Chemical / M.Sc. Chemistry. with Advanced diploma in Industrial Safety,
Experience
3 to 5 Years
