: HSD Assistant

Project : RVNL Dhanbad Railway Project
Company : Shivam Condev Private Limited
Location : Dhanbad, Jharkhand
Experience Required : Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in handling HSD (High-Speed Diesel) operations

Responsibilities :

• Assist in managing the daily operations of HSD at the project site.
• Maintain accurate records of diesel issuance and consumption for vehicles, machinery, and equipment.
• Monitor HSD stock levels and ensure timely requisitions to avoid shortages.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in diesel handling and storage.
• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly HSD consumption reports.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for the timely delivery of HSD.
• Verify and maintain records of HSD invoices, receipts, and inventory.
• Support the HSD Incharge in ensuring that all statutory requirements related to diesel storage and transportation are adhered to.
• Work closely with the logistics and equipment maintenance teams to ensure fuel efficiency.
• Troubleshoot any operational issues related to HSD management and escalate as necessary.

Qualifications :

• Minimum educational qualification: Graduate or Diploma in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HSD management or a related field.
• Proficiency in maintaining records and preparing reports.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and statutory requirements for diesel storage and handling.
• Familiarity with ERP or software systems used for HSD monitoring (preferred).

Skills :

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping.
• Effective communication and coordination abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?14,086.00 - ?15,797.64 per month
