Job Description

Education :

• Master's degree in Physical Science, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field (mandatory).
• Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) with a focus on secondary education (required).
• Valid teaching certification or license as per state or local regulations.

Experience :

• Minimum of 1-3 years of teaching experience in physical science or related subjects at the high school level.
• Proven experience using inquiry-based and hands-on learning approaches in the classroom.
• Experience with modern virtual and hybrid teaching methods is a plus.

Skills and Competencies :

• In-depth knowledge of physical science, including core areas such as physics, chemistry, and Earth sciences.
• Strong ability to design and deliver engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Proficiency in integrating educational technology (e.g., smartboards, simulations, online platforms) into the classroom.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
• Ability to assess and track student progress through formative and summative assessments.
• A student-centered approach to teaching, fostering critical thinking, curiosity, and creativity.
