Position: High School Hindi TeacherEducational Qualifications:

• Minimum Qualification : Master's degree in Hindi or a related subject from a recognized university.
• Preferred : Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Master of Education (M.Ed) in Hindi.
• Certifications : Any teaching certification from recognized educational boards or institutions.

Experience:

• Minimum 2-5 years of teaching experience at the high school level.
• Experience with CBSE/ICSE/State Board curriculum preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving academic success with students.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Hindi (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Strong classroom management and ability to foster a positive learning environment.
• Fluency in English to communicate effectively with other teachers, students, and parents.
• Proficient in educational technology tools (smart boards, online learning platforms).

Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Delivery : Teach Hindi language and literature to grades 9-12 as per the syllabus.
• Lesson Planning : Design comprehensive lesson plans and assessments that cater to various learning styles.
• Student Development : Monitor students' academic and personal progress, and provide feedback.
• Extracurricular Participation : Engage in extracurricular activities related to language development (debates, competitions, cultural events).
• Collaboration : Work with other faculty members to promote interdisciplinary learning.
