The ideal candidate will be Montessori-trained and have experience teaching the IGCSE curriculum. This role requires strong classroom management skills, a student-centered approach, and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and engaging learning environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the IGCSE curriculum.

• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation.

• Implement Montessori teaching methodologies to enhance student learning.

• Assess and track student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.

• Foster critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills in students.

• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and improve teaching practices.

• Participate in school activities, staff meetings, and professional development programs.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Montessori-trained with a strong understanding of Montessori principles.

• 3-4 years of teaching experience in a primary classroom setting.

• Experience with the IGCSE curriculum is essential.

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (preferred).

• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
