Job Description

Main Purpose:

Provide HR counsel and a range of generalist services to the organization within HR Operations
2. Assist managers and employees in understanding and applying people tools, policies and procedures
3. Run end to end employee transactions for Puma's Asia Pacific business
4. Prepare employment contracts/amend contracts, reference letters, termination letters
5. Ensure mandatory documents are send through by new joiners
6. Ensure HR systems are updated with new hires, leavers and role/position changes
7. Responsible for on-boarding and off-boarding of all employees
8. Registration/de-registration of starts & leavers on benefits
9. Monthly Payroll activities (inputs, changes, funding, providing information to Payroll Accounting team)
10. Ensure data integrity between payroll & HR system, regular checks and reconciliation to ensure data
accuracy & completeness
11. Run and manage end to end payroll for designation countries under Puma's global footprint
12. Documentation of payroll functions for audit purposes, in accordance with statutory requirements

  • Payroll annual activities (year end, annual bonus), benefits, compliance and statutory requirements
Skills:
  • Post Graduate in Human Resources (Full Time)
  • Microsoft Office knowledge with strong skills in MS Excel required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Experience demonstrating skill performing basic analytical tasks (e.g., reconciling data, ensuring accuracy of data); maintaining numerous electronic and paper files; using basic office equipment.
Competencies:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to identify and resolve HR process issues with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to manage several projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Capable of working in groups as well as independently
  • Professional management of employee relationships at all levels
Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information
