  • Lead ongoing evaluations of the human resources landscape and communicate with stakeholders to define requirements to lead the design and implementation of solutions.
  • Analyze existing human resources processes, identify gaps in current systems, and lead resolution projects.
  • Assist in other large-scale projects to include analysis of new business requirements, assessment of different methods of approach, and implementation of solutions within the current business system architecture or new SaaS system.
  • Apply project management procedures and best practices to HR initiatives.
  • Recommend business system and process changes to improve and refine the capabilities of human resources systems.
  • Responsible for communicating HR system evaluation or implementation updates throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Network with global Metro community, and share insights, problems, and opportunities to promote improved performance and problem-solving across the company as well as encourages others to do the same.
  • Regularly reviews progress and performance expectations with leadership teams across the organization, providing expectations, performance planning, feedback, training & development, and performance discussions.
  • Country CI deployment \xe2\x80\x93 Defines requirement for business and ensures the implementation of CI and project management strategies and initiatives to effectively meet or exceed business requirements & customer expectations.
Here are the desired Educational & Professional Qualification:MUST HAVE
  • 7 -10 years of experience in Project Management, on large scale, complex transformation programs
  • Requires managing multiple technical and non-technical project teams or external vendors. Projects assigned are generally highly complex and multi-disciplinary.
  • Strong Business Acumen, Strong Lean & 6S Skills
  • Ability to effectively engage with people at all levels of business.
  • Mentors, Coaches, and trains various levels throughout the company
  • Black Belt and/or PMP Certification
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, MS Teams
NICE TO HAVE
  • Project Management experience in HR.
  • Industry and domain expertise is a plus.
  • Strong presentation, written, and documentation skills.
  • Understanding of Digital Transformation, Automation
  • Knowledge and experience of Change Management approaches and methods.
