About the internshipSelected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Oversee the end-to-end hiring process and projects.
2. Manage and maintain employee records, and prepare HR documents.
3. Organise and implement employee wellness programs.
4. Serve as a primary point of contact for employees regarding HR queries and concerns.
5. Track and oversee office management administrator tasks, office requirements, and supplies.
6. Manage and monitor the HR repository and insurance processes.
7. Coordinate with external vendors in relation to employee wellness initiatives and marketing-related activities.Internship Structure:Internship training period: This lasts for 6 to 8 weeks, depending on your performance, intent, ability, and dedication. If you are unable to complete your internship \'Training Period\' within 8 weeks, we will not be able to continue our association with you thereafter.Post-training internship: The total internship period, including training, lasts for a minimum of 6 months.
