Job Description
Name of the position : Delivery Head Direct Line Manager\'s position: Domain Delivery Head Effective date: Immediately Purpose of the positionwithin TCS Thisrole is a key from ensuring Process and People aspects of the accounts are welladdressed and it meets / exceeds the Customer Satisfaction. This role will beresponsible for the activities of the HRO Tower. Tasks also involve ensuringteam members meeting the defined SLAs and other KPIs along with 50% time - hands on experience and expertise on theprocesses which he/she is responsible for. Rest of the 50% to support Team Leadin any business related issues along with interacting with Customer as directedby Team Lead/ Project Lead or Project Manager Area of responsibilities/Tasks Must have skills . Administration - Work Force Administration, Payroll , Benefits . Backend . Performance management . Consulting Good to have skills . Job analysis . Process orientation . Outsourcing . Management . Business operations
