We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Generalist to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations within the pharmaceutical sector, particularly in bulk hiring for field sales roles. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage end-to-end HR functions, foster a positive work culture, and ensure compliance with labor laws and industry standards.Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for roles across all levels.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for critical positions.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
• Conduct bulk hiring for field sales roles in the pharmaceutical sector (mandatory).

2. HR Operations:

• Oversee HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS.
• Handle payroll coordination, leave management, and statutory compliance.

3. Employee Engagement:

• Develop and execute initiatives to enhance employee engagement and promote a positive workplace culture.
• Address employee grievances and implement effective conflict resolution strategies.
• Organize training and development programs to support employee upskilling and career growth.

4. Performance Management:

• Support the annual performance appraisal process, including goal-setting and feedback sessions.
• Implement strategies to improve employee performance and productivity.

5. Compliance & Audits:

• Ensure adherence to labor laws, statutory requirements, and industry-specific HR standards.
• Prepare for and assist in internal and external audits related to HR compliance.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of HR functions in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven experience in recruitment processes, including bulk hiring for field sales roles.
• Hands-on experience with HRMS tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to resolve employee relations issues and handle conflict management.
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
