7-10 years of exp within People Technology function with at least 2 years in leading a team, developing, and executing plans
Proficient in HR technology platforms like, SAP, SAP-SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, Oracle Fusion etc.
Proficiency in SF modules, support and configuration, deep experience with system design, process mapping, testing and deployment of SF solutions will be a big plusEducation: 12+4+2 pattern, for instance BE (CS/IT/ E&CE) and Post Graduation in Mgt. in HRRole, Duties and Responsibilities
Passion for People Technology innovation, knowledge of the HR System landscape, experience in implementing new People technology platforms
Ability to translate business objectives and needs into a clear vision and road map, and in clear requirements. And then support the execution of that vision.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, including experience of working directly with users & collaborating across internal teams, partners, consultants to deliver complex projects
Ability to understand technical concepts / software applications and to use data, metrics, and user research findings to back up assumptions and drive actions
Ability to manage and negotiate with external suppliers and vendors
Good command over MS Excel, MS Power Point with an analytical bend of mind
Good presentation skills to support meetings and presentations
