Joining us means joining a caring, responsible, and innovative company where more than 70,000 people lead the way to greener and smarter mobility, worldwide Reporting to our HRIS manager, you will work collaboratively with the HRIS team, the HR Business process owners and the IS&T teams, to implement the Digital HR roadmap and provide support on existing solutions. You will b ein charge of the following activities: Implement the Digital HR roadmap

  • Technology watch & innovation
  • Relationship with Business process owners, HR regional leaders, HR Global Services & IS&T to identfy business priorities/requirements and translate them into tools roadmap and specifications.
  • Design & implementation of HRIS projects supporting the digitization of HR Operations.
Provide support on existing solutions
  • Group HR Tools Global Governance including Change Request Management and release management
  • Data security principles application and compliance management

Lead Tools Adoption & Processes & Tools network management Adoption & Change management plan definition and implementation Continuous education program definition on global HR tools and implementation through various networks Management of key user network for global HR Operations solutions
Contribute to Company global digital initiatives
