Administer and maintain the HRMS.
Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
Monitor attendance and prepare payroll.
Provide training and support to staff on HRMS usage.
Generate reports and analyze HR data.
Collaborate with IT for system updates and troubleshooting.
Conduct recruitment and other HR-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum of 7 months experience in HR.
Long term commitment towards the company .
Previous experience in HRMS administration preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
Bachelors degree in HR or related field preferred.
Proficiency in English with good communication skills.
