Overview:To support the development and design of employment related reporting solutions and data analytics to assist the GGB UK and EMEA Human Resources function in achieving their strategic goals and objectives.You will identify priorities and deploy effective solutions to meet tight deadlines and support critical work servicing business requirements. How you\'ll make an impact * Primarily focused on workforce analytics, acting as first point of contact for HR reporting requests and data quality validation.

  • Reviewing all user/report requests and troubleshooting/acting or routing to the next process step, submitting ServiceNow tickets for production issues, security requests, and advanced analysis.
  • Performing quality assurance testing to validate issue fixes, enhancements, and new reports.
  • Developing and maintaining dashboards that will help answer key strategic workforce analytics-based questions, including key performance indicators.
  • Preparing monthly email distribution lists by running relevant reports from myHR, validating the data for accuracy as required.
  • Consulting with internal customers to gather to create report requirement documents.
  • Assisting in developing and/or maintaining best practices, guidelines, standards, procedures, and reference materials
  • Researching data quality issues.
  • Securing all approvals for new user and user change requests.
  • Performs standard tasks using established and routine methods, principles, concepts and procedures.
  • Supporting delivery of the annual timetable for all periodic internal and external reporting and/or analytics requirements. This may include (but is not limited to) the annual colleague engagement survey, biannual Retail Mediation Activities Returns (RMAR), annual performance review process reporting (including mandatory training completion analysis), and Lloyds reporting.
  • Contributing to projects of low to moderate complexity.
  • Performing ad-hoc analyses that support strategic initiatives.
About you:
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • 3-year HR Data/Reporting/Analytics experience required.
  • Experience with the following applications: OTBI, ICIMs, and/or rewards and recognition tools a plus.
  • Excellent ability to maximize computers, systems and technology, demonstrating (as a minimum) strong skills in the use of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Analytical Skills: ability to identify, analyse and summarize data in order to solution problems.
  • Attention to detail: pays close attention to details, surfaces issues along with suggestions for corrective action, continuously checks processes or tasks for quality, tests and validates results against core data or customer requirements to ensure quality and accuracy.
