Job Title: HRBP - HRIS/HRMS Specialist

Reports To: Sr. HR Manager
Salary - 6-7LPA
Key Responsibilities
• HRIS/HRMS Management:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS/HRMS-related queries and support.
• Oversee system configuration, updates, and data integrity.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
• Data Analysis & Reporting:
• Generate and analyse HR metrics, dashboards, and custom reports to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies.
• System Optimization:
• Identify and implement enhancements to improve the efficiency and user experience of HRIS/HRMS.
• Monitor system performance and recommend upgrades or integrations as needed.
• HR Process Support:
• Support HR operations such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and performance management through system automation and optimization.
• Align system functionalities with evolving HR strategies and business needs.
• Training and Documentation:
• Train HR team members and employees on the effective use of HRIS/HRMS.
• Maintain system-related documentation, including user manuals, SOPs, and technical specifications.
• Collaboration and Compliance:
• Partner with IT, Finance, and other departments to ensure seamless system integrations.
• Ensure compliance with HRIS/HRMS policies and industry standards.
Educational Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
• 3+ years of experience in HRIS/HRMS management or HR operations.
• Familiarity with HR processes and best practices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?600,000.00 - ?700,000.00 per month
