Our portfolio of services caters to micro verticals and is built on the expertise we have developed in enabling these practices.Work with a company where your work can make a real impact!\xc2\xb7 We are a boutique company respected and loved by our clients providing no-nonsense advice on key issues that impact them.\xc2\xb7 4.7 stars on Google and 4.0 stars on Glassdoor with 82% of approval rating!Job descriptionRecruitmentConsistently recruit, interview and hire using established processes that support a positive candidate experience for high volume hiring of applicantsContact applicants to discuss opportunities while qualifying them to the needed position requirements including technical computer specifications and aptitude.Follow team guidelines in determining the right candidate for each programPrepare daily and weekly reports based on functionDemonstrate relationship and strong communication skills to influence and work with multiple internal contacts and a diverse candidate pool.Ensure integrity of data within the applicant tracking systemPerform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned or requiredTimekeeping and PayrollCollect, review, and verify timesheets and work chartsPrepare monthly salary sheets that include all adjustments based on paid time off, overtime, bonuses, commissions, or any other factorsProcess payroll-related paperwork for new employees and add them to the payroll systemUpdate all timekeeping, payroll, and benefits data in our HRIS and payroll solutions for all staff members, especially in cases of promotions, terminations, and resignationsStay updated on any changes to tax or other payroll-related laws that are applicable to our organizationProvide information to other employees regarding payroll policies and available benefits plansInvestigate and resolve any employee complaints or queries regarding payroll and timekeeping dataTotal RewardsDesign, Build and Implement Total rewards processes, policies, programs in alignment with Business and HR strategyHelp develop and apply global guidelines, frameworks, toolkits and methodologies (contributing requirements, ideas and resource)Serve as subject matter expert, applying comprehensive knowledge of one or more HR processes and associated tools and maintain expert knowledge by researching best practices, monitoring legal developments, evaluating emerging trends, keeping appraised of technological advancements and conducting benchmark comparisonsHR Generalist TasksDevelop a tracking system to monitor movement within the organization and site/office (hiring and movements).Act as the adviser to the employees onsite through consultation regarding employees lifecycle - talent management, learning and development, rewards and recognition, among others.Lead the collection of statistics such as turnover, sick leaves, etc., and work in partnership with other managers to intensify activities to arrest areas affecting productivity.Cascades TM Policies, Procedures and Guidelines and ensure that everybody is aware and complies with it. Make the necessary coordination with the Department Heads in cases of deviations. Provide correct interpretations and guidance Department Heads when sought.Employee EngagementAssist in planning, organizing, and delegating schedules, programs, logistics, etc., that will promote good health, fun and family working atmosphere.Facilitate the conduct of regional talent management events to help create positive and high performing culture in partnership with the Talent management team, workforce management aQualificationsCandidate should present themselves well by being assertive and excellent communication skills both in English and in HindiPreferably someone who lives NoidaAt least a bachelors degree in HR, Communications or BusinessPreferably has the skills in recruitment, Labor Laws, Human Resources Programs and policies, Health & Safety and Trainings for employees.Powered by JazzHR
