Exit process management for on-roll employees as well as consultants People processes End to end support in running the people processes through the year (Confirmation, goal setting, Mid-Final review etc.) Coordination with HRIT team smooth closure of processes Updating org structure for OD, effectiveness and Talent Processes IDP Employee Engagement & Recognition program- Coordinating and supporting business Admin team and corporate HR team for all employee engagement and rewards initiatives Working on employee recognition program and execution of the plan Internships of Undergraduate Students- Coordinate with College/Universities SPOC for Internship. Handle their interview, Joining/Exit process HR Vendors Payments- Processing HR consultants and vendor invoices/ payments. Following up the finance team for the payment. MIS & Data management- Maintaining excel data of Existing, Exiting, new joinee employees Updating org structure Compensation, Budgeting & ACR- All Insurance data update Monthly payroll inputs and One time Payment Management ESGS Maintaining Excel data of monthly Manpower cost and prepare budget and provisions Raising Chargebacks Annual Review and Increment and Variable rollout Position Requirements Qualification: MBA Experience Min 2 - 5 years of relevant HRBP experience Critical Skills MS- Excel-word, PowerPoint Very Strong verbal and communication skills Positive attitude, willingness to learn Execution excellence, with end-to-end ownership Job Location - Mumbai - Godrej One Powered by Froala Editor
