Job Description


Ensure adherence to the department budget with respect to RSI and PMS related activities Manage the overall recruitment cost for the plant Provide timely support to all departments (internal customers) with regard to RSI and PMS initiatives at the Plant Ensure prompt and appropriate response to queries raised by candidates, recruitment consultants etc. regarding interviews, DOJ, documents etc. Undertake recruitment of employees and workers at the plant and ensure adherence to the agreed TAT to fill in vacancies Monitor and ensure adherence to the approved manpower plan Manage various channels of recruitment and efficiently utilize the most effective channel for hiring positions in various levels in the organization hierarchy Manage coordination with recruitment consultants for timely receipt of CVs as per requirement, and monitor their delivery efficiency Manage induction process for all new joinees including coordination for availability of HODs, training rooms, completion of joining formalities, documentation of forms etc. Ensure maintenance of HRMIS for the plant and ensure timely updation of the same Ensure preparation of reports detailing recruitment, new joinees and induction related updates for the plant and share the same with the HR Admin Head for review Undertake specific steps and initiatives as part of the assigned improvement projects in HR, including Kaizen and 5S initiatives Drive the performance management process and culture in the plant Ensure timely PMS communication and process implementation for all employees at the plant Work closely with the HODs of all departments to ensure adherence to process timelines and initiatives such as goal setting exercise, mid year appraisals and end year appraisals as per timelines Ensure effective maintenance of all documentations related to PMS such as goal setting forms, KRA sheets, appraisal forms etc. Prepare increment letters for employees, based on the finalized matrix provided by the Corporate; coordinate for approval signatures and distribution Prepare job descriptions for new/ modified positions Update and maintain the Plant structure with details of all departments, incumbents etc. in a periodic manner Undertake specific steps and initiatives as part of the assigned improvement projects including Kaizen, TPM 5S initiatives Ensure timely completion of all stages of Performance Appraisal Process Undergo trainings to update skills for enhancing productivity
