Must have experience as HR business partner.

To implement best HR strategies in the organization.
To handle all employee relations issues, timely resolution of their grievance and thorough investigations on the matter, maintain cordial relations, ensure employee engagement.
Drive best practices and improvements to internal processes and systems.
Strong strategic thinking and innovation capability.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience in implementing HR Policies and procedures.
Counselling / training employees for performance management
