Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnering: Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
• Talent Management: Drive talent acquisition, onboarding, workforce planning, and succession planning.
• Performance Management: Manage performance processes, provide coaching, and support development plans.
• Employee Relations: Handle employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Organizational Development: Identify and address organizational needs, design and deliver training programs.
• Compensation and Benefits: Assist in developing competitive compensation and benefits programs.
• HR Metrics and Reporting: Monitor HR metrics, prepare reports, and present findings to senior management.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an HRBP role or similar capacity.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS and HR-related software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?90,000.00 per month
