HRBP - Global Business: Drive engagement by delivering various local initiatives to enhance communication and leadership within global managers. Deliver talent management plan & create GB specific activities/initiatives. Partner regional teams/individuals preparing for international assignment, ensuring the global mobility policy is implemented and understood. Owning the organizational structure/ developing future operating model. Stakeholder management - Ensuring effective network across GB and other supporting functions to serve the customer. Owning the recruitment and succession pipeline. Co create and implement the annual GB people plan. Outcome is to build a strong and capable team to take on our international targets. Internal Projects Consultant: Manage and execute key projects related to HR Capability building to deliver higher quality in HR services and create future HR Leaders.
