Key Responsibilities:
Develop a dynamic HR strategic plan for talent acquisition.
Work continuously with the Management to drive digital transformation in the workforce management.
Research and development of futuristic practices and techniques in the workforce management.
Evaluating strategies for implementation of WFH, Remote, Hybrid models as well as driving pan- India and global workplaces.
Devise strategies/ plans for appointment/ secondment of employees amongst member firms.
Identify and devise strategies for bulk/ lateral hirings.
Identify the requirement and work with third party consultants.
Ensure diversity in the workforce by hiring, engaging with, and retaining top talent.
Identify new roles, schedule interviews, and follow up to ensure successful outcomes.
Work closely with management and heads of departments in structuring of departments and designations.
Developing HR strategies, policies, and practices.
Improving and monitoring employee productivity.
Managing staff wellness initiatives.
Managing and allocating HR funds.
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
Provide HR policy guidance
Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
Identify, evaluate, implement and improvise training needs for teams and individuals
Analyze trends and relevant HR metrics to develop solutions, HR programs, and policies.
Structure compensation, payroll, benefits, and other perks & packages.
Act as a change agent and single point of contact for employees and managers in the business unit.
Build a strong business relationship with the line management.
Manage and lead a team of HR Consultants
Build credibility with clients by providing insight and guidance on HR or broader business issues.
Make recommendations to the business structure over time.
Education and Work Experience:
• Full time Masters in Human Resources Management or related field or an equivalent Post Graduate Diploma
• Atleast 5 years Post Qualification Experience
• Experience and knowledge of HRMS/ HCP tools
