  • Manage agencies for POD manpower:
Provide manpower for shortlisting within a TAT of 24 hoursDocuments closure for new joiningAssist in candidate interviews, selection and onboarding processCoordinate with Various Manpower AgenciesRetention of POD manpower: 90% 1 month retention of manpowerEngagement at POD levels through Store manager and AgenciesUnderstand competitive salary being paid in the marketLife cycle management of POD manpower:Handle payout queriesManage ID card, t-shirt roll out etc.handle incentive calculation and payoutsData management and sharing reports with stakeholders
