. Develop a good understanding of key HR functions and business impact . Develop and implement people related strategies/plans for the organization in line with business requirements . Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes and new technologies in human resources field . Understand business goals and implement new approaches & procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives and development of HR within Capgemini . Lead and assist in carrying out of end-to-end activities in the employee life cycle, inclusive of administrative and operational tasks . Ensure implementation of centrally and globally driven HR Programs and Projects . Support SBU / Region level HR initiatives for the function . Establish productive & credible relationships internally and externally . Design and drive initiatives and programs on need basis, volunteer to take up projects. . Assess employee development needs, make recommendations and implement appropriate solutions . Design and deliver innovative communication, engagement and recognition processes . Partner with Business & HR Leadership to support & maintain a highly motivated and engaged workforce . Design and drive effective strategies for increasing productivity through an analytical and inventive outlook Primary Skill .
