The HR-Admin Manager will play a key role in implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with company objectives and legal requirements.
Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Oversee employee benefits administration, including enrollment, claims processing, and communication with benefit providers.
Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
Process payroll and manage timekeeping systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.
Manage administrative functions such as office supplies procurement, facility management, and vendor relationships.
Stay abreast of developments in HR best practices and employment law, updating policies and procedures as necessary.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification preferred.
