HR Support:o Assist with employee onboarding, including documentation and initial training.o Maintain employee records and files in compliance with organizational policies.o Assist in accurate attendance tracking.o Manage leave requests and time-off records for employees.o Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.o Support in preparing HR-related reports for management.o Handle employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and office-related matters.3. Office Management:o Act as the point of contact for all administrative concerns within the office.o Coordinate and schedule meetings, conference calls, and other office events.o Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations, including mail handling and other correspondence.o Support the management team in daily administrative tasks, ensuring deadlines and company standards are met.4.
