Job Description


JDManage daily administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and document
management

  • Assist in the coordination of internal and external meetings, ensuring all logistical details are
handled
Support team members with administrative needs and technology-related tasks.
  • Handle office supplies, equipment maintenance, and other operational duties.
  • Managing the company assets like laptop, sim, mobiles etc..
  • HR Support: Assisting in recruitment, Onboarding new joiners, supporting employee
engagement activities, managing corporate insurance, managing employee records, HRMS help
desk
  • xe2x81xa0Compliance documentation support for office buildings
Requirements:
  • 1 - 3 years proven experience in an administrative role with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Good communication skills in local languages
  • Ready to travel by 2 wheeler within other office centers in Bangalore/visiting vendors.
