As an HR Training & Compliance Specialist in our Bangalore-based HR Shared Services Center, youll be an integral part of delivering an exceptional HR customer experience. The roles and responsibilities for Training and Compliance team include HR trainings & compliance delivery management, coordination and monitoring, compliance audit and eLearning development. Your purpose
Conduct & schedule training for new and existing employees
Document & Maintain training documents, training modules etc
Identify the new training and compliance related opportunities for the HR Operations team
Provide system training for Oracle, Workday, Service Now, Gartner & other tools used.
Overview training of the processes and trackers used
Defining the Quality Framework and Quality measures across teams
Managing the Utilization and Score cards for the teams
Identifying gaps based on the CSAT & Quality analysis
Conduct Quality audits, best practices, discuss issues & escalations raised by customer to improve the CSAT score
Work collaboratively with various teams & Stakeholders
Ability to identify training needs at the Global level and work with onshore counterparts to conduct the training for all regions
User level access and documentation of skills matrix
Identify new HR service scope for people hub
What you can bring
Bachelors degree in business administration, human resources, or related discipline (preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Document maintenance and version control
Analytical skills
Considerable experience in training in HR processes/Systems
5-7 years of experience in working with cross functional team and has lot of passion to drive the results
Training and content creation skills
Quality Framework Control
Excellent presentation skills
