The HR Trainee will support the Human Resources department in various tasks and projects. This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in different facets of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and HR administration. The intern will assist with day-to-day HR operations while learning about HR processes and best practices.
Education:
• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience:
• Previous internship or work experience in HR or a related field is a plus but not required.
• Skills:
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
